How I work
The adjustment is one part of it.
Most pain that keeps returning has something holding it in place. Finding that is my job.
The method
- 01
Find the driver
History, exam, and imaging when warranted. Not only where it hurts, but what holds the pattern in place.
- 02
Take the pressure off
Adjustment and soft tissue work, with physical therapy, acupuncture, and massage where they earn their place.
- 03
Change what caused it
How you sit, move, train, and recover. This is what decides whether it stays gone.
- 04
Taper off
Visits space out as things hold. A short plan with an end, not a standing appointment.
How I practice
What I will and will not do.
- Nothing gets sold to you. No supplements, no pillows, no packages. Patients mention this more than anything else.
- I explain the mechanism. You leave understanding why it keeps happening, not just feeling looser.
- I say when it is not chiropractic. Some pain belongs with a physician, and you will hear that from me.
- The plan is meant to end. An honest estimate of how many visits, from the first exam.
